- I certify: That the information provided in this application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge.
- I understand: That any false or misleading information may result in the rejection of my application or termination of my membership.
- Confidentiality: I agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared by Janvishisht Foundation.
- Intellectual Property: I understand that any intellectual property created during my involvement with Janvishisht Foundation may be owned by the organization.
- Photography and Media Release: I consent to Janvishisht Foundation using my image or testimonials for promotional purposes.
